Arbor Glen

Ink Built collaborated with Our Just Future (formerly Human Solutions) and Colas Construction to complete limited scope improvements at Arbor Glen Apartments - a 97 unit community utilizing LIHTC. The limited scope consisted of laundry room improvements, refresh of the basketball court and community garden areas, select deck and stair repairs, parking area improvements to increase security and improve the stormwater system. Due to the close collaboration of this team, the scope of work was able to be completed without having to relocate any tenants. Our Just Future was using CDHB Block Grant funding from the City of Portland and the team was able to keep costs aligned and actually add back some scope when closing out the project.
