Hey, your gran used to shop here with all her friends! Well, it's no massive department store now, but it is a swank place to have a bright and airy office free of funky old smells. Originally built for JC Penney, (it became known as the old penney galleria) this 2013 renovation has preserved this historic community asset and transformed it into a hub of activity that has contributed to the vibrant and livable downtown core of Bend. This renovation was a delicate exploration of this historic structure to unearth its assets and bring them to the surface for the next generation to enjoy. The circulation and layout was improved to give all the tenants exposure to light and air. This here's a real Golden Girl!
